Furnished or unfurnished room available in nice spacious home. Access to all amenities and bills included. Kitchen, washer & dryer, amazing movie theater, wifi, entire house is smart(lights, locks, garage and security system), furnished patio with outdoor grill, summer access to neighborhood pool within walking
distance.

Professional married couple (33F & 36M) + 2 friendly cats. We prefer someone responsible and considerate that cleans after themselves. We’d love someone who loves animals but aren’t looking to add more pets to the home. No smoking inside, vaping(nicotine) is fine. We also have a furnished room available with a queen size bed that we’d like to rent, ideally to another woman. If you’d like to rent both rooms, price is 1400. If you have a child, we will take that under consideration, however they would need to be 6+ and well behaved.
