We’re renting a room in a shared townhouse in a super quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s near a hospital, grocery stores, and a shopping area. It’s also close to the Woodruff Rd area and only 12 minutes from downtown Gvl. easy access to Hwy I-85. The house It’s fully furnished and you get all utilities included - power, water, internet, and trash collection. The room is furnished and have a queen size bed.

We’re looking for a mature, responsible person who has a full-time job. I’d rather have someone who works early in the morning, doesn’t work from home .I work Night shift and sleep during the day .and has their own transport. Also no pets allowed.The room for one person, no couples.

We need the place to be quiet and tidy all the time. You can smoke outside or on the balcony, Just a heads up, I’d rather you message me first to let me know. That you’re interested in renting the room. I usually think an unknown number is just telemarketing

I’m quiet, easy-going person. Enjoy movies and a lot of outdoor activities, We are a friendly, responsible and working full time and longer hours.
