Hi, Phoenixville is an awesome town to live. My home is super close to downtown, parks and trails. We have 3 bedroom and two baths. You have the chance to choose to rent the master bedroom with the private bath for $1000/mo or the attic room $850 and would share the hallway bathroom. We have a small but super fun backyard. The house has heating/cooling system, internet, and laundry on first floor.

My name is Zsuzska (40) and I am the owner of the home. I am from Hungary. I have two children Liam (4) and Sophia (3). I work night shifts 3 nights a week and on those night the children are with dad, so the house is quiet and peaceful. When we home, we are in bed by 8:30pm. Children are in daycare until 12:30pm every day. We like to play outside, go to the park and go for walks. We love music and dance a lot.
