Don’t have the place yet, would like to have a reliable roommate before grabbing it. It’s all brand new hardwood flooring throughout the apartment. First floor, great location in MB, walking distance to Trader Joes, Polliwog Park, and quick uber to downtown MB. Only thing is it is a bit small but lmk if you’re interested!
