Hey, I have a 1 Bedroom with private bath in a 2 br south Asheville apartment available 12/1/22. Split floor plan, so no shared bedroom walls. Furnished living room, W/D, wood fireplace. Community has pools, gym and laundry. Older community, so rent is a little lower than most south Asheville apartments.

I’m a 50 year old easy going introvert. Very 420 friendly, outside cigarette smoker. I’m very respectful about keeping common areas clean. My cat Dave loves people and stays in my bedroom unless I’m with him. Sorry, no additional pets. I’m home nights and weekends, but I’m usually out or in my bedroom.
