About the room

Price includes all utilities including internet. Lovely modern house with large yard between green belt and a big park. About 15 min bike ride to downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. House is 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, there is a guest room. It’s my home, so I’m here to keep an eye on things. Looking for visiting researcher/professor, post doc or grad student, or someone working in the area. Mature undergrad also considered. Someone clean, responsible, easygoing. Single person only. No tobacco.

About the roomies

There is me, ex-professional woman early 60s and one other, easygoing and considerate male (share bathroom with him, mine also available as needed). One cat here, sorry no other pets. Carlito would lose his mind.
