I’m seeking a nice person interested in living in the Sedona on the Boulevard community (please google it) or one of the surrounding ones asap; I’ve lived here 12 years and don’t want to move far. Two-bedrooms are available in the $1,500 range, but they go quick. I have all the furnishings to create a beautiful home, just need the right person to split the rent/bills.
