Ty's room

It’s a fully furnished apartment designed to be shared by two students. Includes a large living/ dining room area with a wall separating it from the kitchen. Large bedroom that is completely furnished if you have furniture then that’s fine too! It also faces our main pool here on the property and summer is right around the corner!

I’m a very chill and down to earth guy. Don’t need to share the space but some bills came up unexpectedly so if anyone is looking for a cool space to rent out then reach out and we can meet up and see if your a right fit for this listing!
