Hyperion Avenue

My roommate of 5.5 years is moving out, and I’m looking for someone to move into his room starting April 1. I’m 28 and work at a film/TV production company. The spot is a 2br townhouse with 5 levels (private garage, living/dining/kitchen, lofted TV room, bedrooms, private roof). We’re in a great location on Hyperion walking distance from restaurants, bars, grocery stores, hardware store, etc. Amenities include washer/dryer, central AC/heat, tandem parking, dishwasher. We would spilt utilities/WiFi. The common areas are furnished, and the room will come unfurnished with an en suite bathroom and sizable closet. I’m social and like to go out with friends but also like chilling at home. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with!

I’ve been in LA for 6 years now working in film/TV. I’m originally from the east coast (Charleston, SC) and went to Wesleyan for college. I’m outgoing and like having people over from time to time, but I also like having my place as a place to relax and hang out.
