Admiral Kalbfus Road

This is a 3 bed, 1 bath smoke-free apartment on the third floor at the Admiralty. There is no elevator. The living room is complete with a pullout couch, chair, TV, coffee table, and lounger. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, microwave, and oven. I sadly only have a folding table for a dining room table. The bathroom has a tub and showerhead. The bedroom is not furnished but has a closet. The third bedroom will be shared as an office, guest room, etc. Gas, hot water, and heat are included. There is a 24/7 fitness center, yoga room, $2 laundry, clubhouse with a TV and pool table, new swimming pool, and automatic package receiving station. The apartment is right across from a pizza place, Walmart, TJ Maxx, Stop and Shop, and other stores.

Hi! My name is Gwyneth and I just turned 23. I’m originally from southern Maine. Went to WPI for college and just moved to Newport for my first job as an engineer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. This means I will be traveling quite a bit. I will also be going to work every day around 8-8:30 AM. I am an ambivert so I like meeting new people and having people over but truly love a night in reading, listening to music, or binging Netflix. I am a HUGE sports fan specifically college basketball. I used to play basketball and volleyball, and am trained in martial arts. I love to sing and act. I love Harry Potter, Marvel, and One Direction. There are times when I like quiet as I have ADHD and constant, unwelcomed loud sounds can start to irritate me. Politics (I lean towards liberal) and the news are important to me. I’m trying to learn how to cook so if you do know how and are willing to help a girl out, that’d be awesome! Being COVID safe is very important to me, so please be vaccinated and follow covid protocols. I’m looking for someone around the same age as I am who has similar interests. I’d prefer someone who is employed specifically with the government as well or military due to me having security clearance and needing to be careful.
