Maggie's room

Space: gorgeous, sunny, plant-filled 3br/1ba apartment, with two other roommates. This is a recently renovated unit with in-unit laundry and dishwasher on the top floor (3rd) with roof access. Easy walk to the 1, A, and C as well as multiple parks, grocery stores, gym, and library. Room: Our previous roommate moved in with her partner so we’ve been using the room for yoga and music as you can see in the photo. The other photo is from the original listing. The room includes a closet with a big storage space above it and it gets beautiful light in the morning and afternoon.

Maggie and Emily both moved here from Chicago to pursue acting careers. We are respectful, open, fun, great communicators, and love this beautiful space! Maggie is an acting grad student with a very demanding schedule so she is gone all day and into the evenings. Emily is a working actor and musician who works from home. We’re excited to find someone to join us!
