Room Available in a Country Home Close to Downtown, April 1-June 30 (and possibly beyond):

Gorgeous home-share close to Hyalite with panoramic views 360 degrees around, farmland surrounding, and sublime quiet is available immediately. There is abundant parking, and some garage space is available for bikes/skis/and such. The house has a washer and a dryer. We are looking for a mature, kind, tidy, responsible, and peaceful housemate to share our amazing home. Sorry, no additional animals allowed. Specifics:

• Room is being rented unfurnished and has a private bath
• Rent is $950, including utilities
• Landlord does not allow smoking of any sort in house or on property

I am in my late 40s, and have my 8 year-old son living with me 1/2 time. We also sometimes have our mellow mostly-blue-healer dog here occasionally. We are very tidy, socialize occasionally, and are all around chill.
