24th Street

Hi all! I am Sam, a recent graduate Apple software engineer moving out of the bay area on March 11th, and I need to find someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. CAN COME FURNISHED if you want!

1BR in a 2BR/1BA apartment with a great roommate, right on the main street of Noe Valley (24th street) available for lease and move in any time after March 10th! Please reach out to me ASAP if you are interested :)

My lease is until October 1st, 2022, at the rate of $1,850 a month, for my room in a 2BR, 1BA apartment I share with another awesome Apple engineer recent graduate.

As you can see it is a big apartment for two people with tons of natural light with massive windows, and big bedrooms.

I am also selling all of my furniture, so any or all of my nice standing desk, hardwood bed frame, mattress, dresser, etc. can be included!

I truly love this apartment and it is in a fantastic location on the main street of Noe valley with all of the shops and restaurants, and a short walking distance to all of the big tech shuttle buses (< 7 minutes for apple, < 3 for google, etc.) I am only leaving because I am moving out of SF.

I hope to find a person who will love living here as much as I do!

The one roommate is a fun and outgoing, kind, and clean recent grad who is a software engineer. He is my best friend here and loves to do outdoor activities, go out with friends and keep the apartment clean. We can set up time for us all to facetime or talk over the phone if interested in the place! I’m confident he will get along with anyone.
