Akira's room

The apartment is on the second story and is a 2bedroom 2.5bath.

You will have your own room and bathroom. The rooms are both the same sizes and same with the bathrooms. They both have a closet near the door to enter.

The bedrooms are on the larger size and have full showers and toilets. There is a washer and dryer in unit and a dishwasher. There is built in heating and ac too.

There’s a pantry, decent sized kitchen, and living room. We already have a tv and couches set up that you can use. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, cups, plates, appliances, etc.

We’re a 8 minute drive to WSU or a 45 minute walk. We typically are picking up friends from the campus or near by to hang out with if you need the occasional pick up. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the hill that can take you to WSU too.

For wifi and electric depending on if your one or two people we split those per person. So if you’re just one person you’d be paying 1/3 of both of those bills. If your a couple it’s 1/4 each. That way those resources are being paid fairly.

Our current roommate is finishing her degree and leaving around the end of December. The current lease ends July 31st. Hoping to find someone who will want to help us finish up this current lease and possibly renew.

Our names are Chris and Akira! We moved to Pullman right at the end of October 2021 for Chris to go to WSU.

We plan on being here for the 2-3 years so we’re looking for someone who kinda plans to be around for a bit so we don’t have to keep finding new roommates.

We tend to take over space that isn’t being used, but we have no problems making room for stuff you want to put places. I tend to buy a lot of food, though a lot of the big stuff is eaten within a day or two. I usually make to much food when I cook and probs will offer you some if I feel like we have enough for another person :).

We have a kitty named Anna she’s 3 years old she’s pretty well behaved she loves attention though. She might meow at you to pet her and maybe play with her a bit.

Gotten into some garden stuff lately currently growing some herbs so we can use them for cooking :D.
