Condo is located off of 164th and Larch Wat near Martha Lake.
8 min walk to the 164th & Larch Way bus stop, which is a straight bus line to Ash way park and ride and Lynwood light rails. Ideal for those who prefer public transportation, easy walk to Martha Lake as well as many stores, restaurants, bars, Wal Mart, Walgreens, Starbucks ect.
The neighbors are very quiet and respectful. The complex is very quiet, extremely well maintained, and very safe.
Rent includes all utilities as well as access to the condo amenities: Gym, yoga room, sauna , tanning bed, hot tub, indoor pool and a cabana.
Its a very quiet complex, drama free, very few kids running around. Ideal for a quiet easy going person. No late night parties or loud obnoxious people in the complex. Or in the house.
Condo is fully furnished w wifi, air fryer, microwave, pots pans, storage space, dishes, glasses, utensil’s , stove/oven, fire place, dinning table, couch ect ect ect. Its a fully furnished home.
About the roomies
In the past I’ve posted a room for rent. I previously had 2 rooms for rent.
Recently a guy moved into one of the rooms. He is very easy going who works A LOT. When he’s home, he’s in his room. During his free time he’s usually out visiting family.
Me personally, I’m very easy going, I travel a lot and looking for a independent, trustworthy roommate, so I’m able to leave w peace of mind.
The current roommate and I do not have drama or make noise and looking for the same. Its a very quiet, peaceful living situation.
