Three bedroom condo. Washer/dryer, internet, ac and heating. Leasing one “Unfurnished,” bedroom. Month to month or as needed.

Father and daughter. One empty bedroom. In search of an honest and responsible individual. No drugs or party animals, smoking inside. No couples nor overnight guests at this time. Must clean up after themselves, dishes etc. Must be have good communication, pays rent on time. Qualities I look for in a roommate are honesty, good morals, and mutual respect.
