About the room
My husband and I are seeking roommates for one of the rooms in our house. We have 2 cats. There is ample street parking in front of the house. We have never had issues parking on the street overnight. You will have your own private room and your own shared guest bathroom. The room is $800 a month. You will be required to sign a lease, month to month or up to a year, and make a $400 deposit. The $400 deposit will be refunded upon moving out and inspection of the room. We will also take a picture of your photo ID for our records. We are about 10-20 minutes away from WPAFB depending on traffic. We are near route 4 and about 5 minutes away from I-70. Kroger is off of Brandt Pike, as well as Meijer and Walmart, which are near the 70.
About the roomies
My husband and I are home a lot. We both have our medical cannabis cards. We have two cats. Our house in generally pretty quiet, we use headphones a lot. Let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
