This is a 2 bed 2 bath house in Campbell approx 1000 sq ft. I live in the master bedroom and have a separate bathroom. Total rent for the house is $ 2700. You will have your own private room with attached bathroom for $1200 per month. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity, water and garbage will be shared between the two of us. Dogs or cats are allowed. Living room and kitchen is finished and will be shared. Parking is available in the driveway for one car.

I’m a working professional currently working from home due to Covid but soon will be going back to offices from May. I have golden retriever dog who’s 3 years old. I am looking for a clean, responsible housemate. No smoking, tobacco allowed.
