Mora Place

The room is on the ground floor with its own closet and bathroom (tub & shower). We have also allocated a hallway alcove where you could put a sizeable shelving unit to store other things. Room size is approx 12 ft x 10.5ft and bathroom size: 8.4ft x 6.5 ft. Our current housemate currently comfortably fits a 5-foot standing desk, queen bed, and dresser.

The house has onsite laundry, a half bath near the kitchen for any guests to use, garage with 2-car parking plus street parking is AMPLE. We have a furnished living room and outdoor patio (balcony) and a HUGE kitchen with tons of space for storage and for cooking.

Utilities $100~200 all inclusive.

We are both engineers (me : security, O is SWE). O likes video games, weekend hikes, board games, and eating his mom’s Lebanese food. I like weekend hikes, watching Love is Blind, spending time with my family’s dog, and going to the gym to climb. We are both clean and expect our shared space to be kept neat but reasonable 🙂 We are also in and out all the time, but we rally for shared events like board game nights! We’re not HUGE rager people but really enjoy having groups over from time to time!
