Looking for 1 FEMALE only to share a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment of 1,160 square feet with lots of natural light. Room is available as of May 1st, 2024. *NOTE: This is a Room/Bath Rental only. NOT an equal shared apartment rental. You are welcome to use the Kitchen and Dining area when needed, and of course, the Laundry in the apartment. I work in the living room!!

1. Furnished and Min 3-month agreement required. There is a mattress, desk & chair, small drawer chest, and small bedside table. Hard wood floor in Bedroom & Bathroom.
2. You will have your own en-suite bathroom. This is the master suite in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment.
3. Large walk-in closet.
4. Ceiling fan in the room.
5. Full size washer/dryer is in the unit.
6. Located in San Ramon within walking distance to the Diablo College San Ramon campus. Really safe and nice neighborhood.
7. Rent includes utilities and 100MBPS internet access. NO cable TV, NO streaming services included.
8. Looking for stable roommate with stable job and income.
9. You will be REQUIRED to sign a roommate agreement.
10. No cooking preferred but light cooking ok.

You will be sharing this large 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment of 1,165 square feet with only 1 other female roommate. I’m laid back and easy going. NO pets and NO smoking please. I’m a Christian and I go to church most Sundays. I’m looking for a student or working adult. MUST be clean, no cooking preferred but light cooking ok, absolutely no overnight guests, no loud noises, no drugs and no drama!
