Mae's room

Located in a quiet neighborhood in the Rancho Penasquitos area. Large-sized room with A/C that opens to a patio and garden area. Utilities included with kitchen and laundry access. Own bathroom but can be shared with guests occasionally. We speak English and Tagalog ((Filipino) but will welcome anyone (female) who can get along with other occupants and have met other requirements. Drugs, alcohol and smoking strictly prohibited in the premises.
