Normal Park Drive

This is a 2 story townhouse that is around 1200 square feet. I have all furniture except for your bedroom furniture. The room is 11x11 with a walk in closet and it’s own sink/vanity. We share a bathroom with a shower upstairs, but downstairs there is a half bath. Parking spot is included. Water, electric, and internet is separate from rent and comes out to around $125 a month depending on usage. If you are bringing an animal there are weight and breed restrictions that the complex has and there is a deposit of $300 and pet rent of $25 a month. Washer and dryer is included.

I am a, female, graphic design student at SHSU! I don’t party or really have any guests over. I have a cat who prefers dogs but will get along with another cat who is calm and not antagonistic 😅 I keep common areas clean and litterbox free. I don’t drink or smoke, due health issues, and prefer a non smoker who is fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
