Savannah's room

Short bike ride to campus, this is room for rent in a 4bd/2bth downstairs apartment. It comes pre-furnished with a platform full sized bed with mattress, night stand, desk top lamp, desk, desk chair, floor lamp. This is an individually leased room, and it is a lease take over! Washer and dryer are in unit, central heating and ac via google nest. Community pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils and plates, bowls, etc. While you can bring more furniture into the room, but you have to keep the furniture provided by the apartments in the room. All utilities are included in the rent, including wifi! The lease is up in June, but you have the option to renew.

There’s 3 girls living here currently, all in college! They’re all super tidy and neat. One is a nursing major who will be off to the military soon, another is a math education major, and then a social work major! They’re all friendly and chill people. They avoid having parties in the apartment but will go out to party. Kickbacks are chill though, and have essentially nightly smoke sessions on the patio. Have a very high preference for girls in the college age to join the apartment!
