The apartment is located in Stewart’s Ferry, not too far from Percy Preist Lake. It’s about 18 mins from Downtown Nashville, and 6 minutes from BNA Airport. Parking is available, no permit is needed. The complex is beautiful and well-kept.

Looking for someone to co-fill a lease agreement until April 2024! WiFi and Utilities is included in the rent, and the Power Bill is separate through NES.
