House is furnished but if you had some things to bring with you we could accommodate. The bedroom is up stairs and separated from the master bedroom so you can still have privacy and the bathroom would be your own so you don’t have to worry about sharing.

No party people!! looking for someone that keeps things clean and picks up after themselves I’m not anyone’s mother lol. It’ll be just my dog zeke and I living there. Zeke is a German Shepard wolf mix so it’s preferred that you like dogs (he’s very sweet). 420 friendly but please be respectful with it. There will be parking in the driveway and street. Utilities and cable will be split every month. I’ll require first and last months rent along with deposit.
