Looking for somebody with a job/school that they go to at least most days during the week. I’m a music producer and use my room as my studio so i’m home from 9-6 on weekdays, my clients come in and record and it can get a little loud. Unless I’m recording I usually put on headphones if my roommate is home. My current roommate said he can’t really hear me when I work.

I’m 29, love hanging out and socializing. Other than music, I’m pretty into video games and going to the gym. I rarely have guests over, but I don’t mind if you bring people over as long as it’s not too loud on weeknights because I go to bed early. I usually spot clean 3-4 times a week. I spend most of my time in my room and rarely use the living room.

Looking for somebody who is mindful of the space and isn’t too messy. I’m not super strict on dishes and messes. I just don’t want to be the only one taking care of the space.
