3 bed/2 bath home not far from downtown Kenosha. Renter would have private bedroom with built-in shelving, bathroom with big walk-in shower, on-site laundry, access to outdoor spaces such as the patio/yard/fire pit, garage parking spot, and option for a home office/additional living space option in the partially-finished basement. There is an electric fire place located in the basement. The room can come furnished or not- please let me know your preference. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you wound t really need to bring any kitchen stuff unless there is something specific you’d like. Owner does have cats and dogs. If the renter has a friendly dog who gets along with the pack, it would be considered. No more cats. Utilities would be split. I may consider adjusting the rent if you are willing to pet sit in the event that I go out of town or need to work late. Female applicants only please. ☺️

I am a 32-year-old professional with a crazy schedule who is looking for someone to share my home. In addition to being employed full-time as a psychologist, I also coached gymnastics in the evenings and I own my own company. I am an animal lover and have three dogs and three cats of my own. In addition to my own animals, I sometimes foster dogs for a local rescue or babysit dogs of friends. I love to craft, watch trash TV, listen to podcasts, and read or listen to anything true crime related. My other obsessions are Harry Potter and Starbucks. I have a cabinet in my kitchen that is entirely dedicated to Starbucks mugs. Other than that, I think I’m pretty easy to live with. Bear in mind that I don’t mind clutter, but I do try to keep things clean. I enjoy fancy cocktails from time to time, but outside of my crazy schedule, I mostly just like to hang at home.
