Gentry's room

Room is in a 3Br/2Ba house on a quiet street with a full backyard. House is furnished, room is not. I use 2 rooms (one is my art room) so there will only be the two of us in the house. Room has hardwood floors, ceiling fan, big window. Although the bathroom isn’t technically “private” it would only be shared when there is company (I use the one in my room). Internet, SDG&E and water split. ✌️

Im late 30’s Furniture Maker/ Artist working full time. Active, early riser, not a partier but still enjoy a good weekend. Camp, hike, and most other outdoor stuff. I would say I am mellow and I have a friendly dog who doesn’t bark and is very chill as well. Not accepting any new pets. Chill is chill, but hygiene is hygiene… clean kitchen is a must! No pets, no couples, and no one under 30 please
