Your room can be furnished or unfinished (the first picture is of the room furnished) can be unfurnished with a queen size bed, a brand new mattress, a large six drawer dresser, a nightstand, and a large fan.

My home is a beautiful spacious 4 bedroom,(3,000 sf.) 3 bath home from where I will be leasing 1 bedroom in my upstairs locked/secured rooms. You will be upstairs and also have access to the day-room area, also upstairs, with a 55’ flat screen with Roku and a surround sound music system. 1 Gig Wi-Fi, and a hot air popcorn popper. I’ll supply the popcorn!!! LOL 😂 You will also have your own in-room refrigerator and a microwave in the day-room area. There is also an exercise area downstairs with a NEW treadmill, weights and weight bench, and a rower. Your area upstairs will be private! See photos…

Other amenities include: I have a beautiful kitchen downstairs (see pictures), that you’re invited to use anytime, just keep it clean like I do. (BTW… I’m A certified gourmet chef (gourmet meals, and baking) and I normally have something tasty on the stove or in the oven ). The dinette area has all the utensils. I also have a family room downstairs that has a 55 inch and a 86 inch flatscreen with ROKU. All of my furniture is new or antique. The house is new and immaculate. This is a very quiet, clean and manicured area that is well-maintained with a great HOA in place and roving security. There are tennis courts, swimming pool, basketball courts, small man-made lakes, a park and clubhouse all within a two block walk. A great place to ride a bike too, to do all your shopping with, if desirable.

The CINCO RANCH Shopping Center is about a mile and a half away for anything you’re looking for (over 100 restaurants, and a couple of hundred different kinds of stores). A new just built H.E.B Super, supermarket (you can phone in your grocery order delivery to the house (for a small fee), or do a roadside pick up for free, just get the HEB grocery app. It has every service imaginable, a floral shop, (even a sushi bar) and the food is incredibly fresh and great! Oh! … it also has a great bakery (special order any thing)! 🥐🥖🥧🍰🧁🍩🍪🎂

In summary, If you’re looking for a quite, healthy, immaculate and safe place, you’ve found it. Just take care of it! I live in the downstairs master bedroom. I stay in the downstairs area and I don’t go upstairs unless there is an emergency or something needs fixed. I will always clear it with you prior to going upstairs.
