The room is large and in a quiet, peaceful household in a safe neighborhood. We have a large backyard and we are 3 blocks from the Petroglyph National Park, close to Sprouts, Albertsons and a gas station. The room comes furnished with a bed, 2 bedside tables and a desk with a comfy chair that you can use. There’s cupboard space in the kitchen for you to use as well as the laundry room. Utilities and wi-fi are included. We’re close to UNM, westside CNM, 15 min. from Presbyterian Hospital and 15 min. from UNM. No smoking, pets or drugs of any kind.

I am a quiet person, focused on my business. I love the good energy flow of Feng Shui, which is about placement of items in the home, for harmony and balance. I love healthy cooking, walking and being of service to the community. I also enjoy conversing with my room-mate(s) or visitors.
