Utilities included within certain limit. Excessive use of water and electricity will be required to be paid on top of rent.
Area - close to Walmart, Publix, Lowe’s, Aldi, Ross, Esporta etc, 12 mins to MCO
About the roomies
Single occupancy. Looking for a Non-smoker and a dog lover. I have a small puppy. He is playful and mostly quiet. Prefer someone with limited visitors. Someone clean and organized. No parties and loud noise Background check may be required.
