5 minute drive from downtown. 10-15min from broad ripple. Room size is solid. All utilities will be covered. I personally own the property. Would meet in person to make sure we’re all comfortable. Room isn’t furnished, but rest of house is.

I do work from home so it’s important during the day that noise is kept to a minimum. Willing to negotiate based on your situation and how often you will be around.

NOTE: I’m clean and I expect the same in the common areas. This is a non negotiable.

Currently me and my friend are living there. Both 27. We’re laid back guys who generally keep to ourselves during the week, but will go out on the weekends sometimes. Ideally you’re cool and we can become friends, but I’m good if you just want to do your own thing. Would likely keep it month to month to start to make sure the dynamics work out for everyone before committing to something long term
