Looking for males preferably due to the other roommates also being male

This will be a lease take over. Due to my service in the military I will be ending my tenancy and looking for someone to take over my lease which ends JULY 31st. LOOKING FOR students and or other young professionals.

1 Grad student and 1 Undergrad student. Both males and in their early 20’s. Keep to themselves mostly. Both very respectful, conscious, and clean. If you do not like people bothering you then this is the right place for you. Very little disturbances.
