High speed wifi and off street parking is available as well. 4/20 friendly though I don’t allow permit smoking indoors. This room is on the 2nd floor and is one of 10 bedrooms that will be available for rent.

I’m 28 and work as an Operations Manager in the Biotech field. I will not be living on this property but I live right down the road and will be there often tending to supplies/cleaning etc. There are no specific requirements for those looking to rent in terms of age/gender/occupation etc. but I am looking for clean and quiet tenants who have a respect for others as well as the property as I primarily rent to students/business travelers.
