Michael's room

The property is a five minute walk from HEB, Starbucks, a movie theatre, great pub, and bunch more. It’s in a family friendly community with lots of nature a farmers market on the weekends.

As for inside the property I’ve tried to make it as comfortable as possible. It’s three stories with shared space that includes kitchen / dinning area and a theatre / library / living room. With that you have a massive room to yourself and a massive walk in closet which could be a room in its own right as well as a private bathroom.

The garage is split into two parts. One part houses my car (additional parking is available on the street and is easily accessible). The second part of the garage is stocked with gym equipment including a treadmill.

All in all I promise you’ll be very comfortable. I make sure to have the place cleaned every couple of weeks and generally care a lot about it.

Hey roomie, A bit about myself huh … probably best to meet in person but overall I would describe myself as a curious person with lots of interests. An avid reader, outdoorsman, cook, etc…
