The large master bedroom with attached private bathroom with shower is opening up in my house April 1.

It’s got great western windows that you can see the mountains from. Giant closet in the room. Attached bathroom with large shower. The house is in great shape (nice carpeted bedrooms, wood floor downstairs, newly painted walls) in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

As a foodie, I love the kitchen here a lot (gas stove top), and I use it often. The backyard is fully fenced in with a deck, fire pit, and a couple raised garden boxes that I experiment with. Two car garage with lots of storage space. You can walk to the grocery store. Super easy to get to I-80 for a commute.

You’ll need to pass a credit check/application fee with the leasing agency for $25 (ridiculous, I know), provide $750 security deposit, and a $75 cleaning fee.

I’m a female in my 30s who works for a nonprofit in Reno. I own a very awesome cat, but no more pets per the landlord. I’m into gardening, sustainability, cooking while listening to music, backpacking long distances, reading/audiobooks, social justice, and binging tv shows to chill out.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and communicative. We don’t need to be best friends, but checking in regularly over dinner would be nice so we can create and maintain common ground. You don’t need to be a clean freak, but I like keeping common areas tidy, so we can both feel comfortable having visitors. There is a third room that could be used for visiting family, an office desk, etc.
