On the border of East Mesa and Apache Junction. Total move-in $165 WEEK ( includes everything except food ), free great wifi, and pool, …safe, clean, quiet, gated mobile home park. 55+ for me, and the 2nd person should be be 40 or older… I need someone very reliable and easy-going for a roommate. No pets, No smoking inside, No drama. I am a writer, and I need to get back into my normal routine. I need someone that is in good enough physical condition to do some basic light cleaning and my laundry, dishes, etc. Don’t worry about where I am going to sleep ( which will be in the living room, so that when I wake up, I can get right to writing on my laptop, without waking my roommate up. Room is a conversion of my living room. You and I will be sleeping in the living room / bedroom, But not in the same bed. This is NOT a “sex for rent” situation. NO first, last,deposit, Just the first week of $165… ( shared bathroom with 2 sinks and a nice shower ), that’s all that matters. washer / dryer right where you live. Great ground unit A/C central air and heat ( not a window a/c unit ) It’s not an apartment , it is a mobile home. and our neighbors are not connected to us on the side or above us, like an apartment ( yikes ) I don’t like the fact that they only have a listing as a “trailer”…it’s not a trailer, because it is based on concrete, doesn’t have wheels, and it isn’t going anywhere…

No current roommate. My girlfriend will be visiting tice per week, and she lives and works in Phoenix. Bi-sexual female who is interested in a possible Unicorn added to our relationship; Closed Throuple / Closed Poly ( but this is not required to be able to rent the room )
