I have two beautifully decorated, secure bedrooms available for rent in my home as homeshares. My home is located in Snohomish, Washington and offers very easy freeway access, is located on bus lines, is on a cul de sac so no through traffic, and backs to a greenbelt. The neighborhood is a quiet and family oriented neighborhood. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of my home. My home is approximately 2,600 square feet and has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and common areas of the kitchen, living, dining, loft, and outdoor areas. The back yard is fully fenced and features vegetable garden boxes, a large Trex deck, a wood burning fire pit, and a covered gazebo with a propane fire pit, a weber grill, a heater, dining table, and a gas grill. Individual bedrooms and the garage is not considered common areas. Each bedroom is locking for security and you will have your own key to your room. New, solid hardwood floors were just installed throughout my home, including in both of the rental bedrooms. All utilities are covered in your monthly rent.

I am a professional woman who travels some internationally for work. There will be times when you might have the entire house to yourself, or with one other renter, while I am traveling for work. I am always available to you via email, text, and phone in the event you have a question. I am a happy, outgoing individual who very much enjoys people and interacting with them and I am excited to welcome others into my home. I do have one cat, Little, who is very friendly and very much enjoys company. My son is grown and no longer lives at my home but may visit from time to time.
