I have a master suite room available for rent June 13th. The property is located in Hephzibah, GA and just minutes from the Ft. Gordon base. In the master suite you will have your own office space, bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and walk in closet!! The common areas are fully furnished. There will be a sectional and recliner in the living room. A 65-inch TV, a kitchen table with 6 chairs, and high-top chairs for additional seating at the island. There is also a washer and dryer right outside the room that is to be shared. Utilities, internet, and a security system is also included in the rent!!

Rent: $900.00 (Includes: Utilities, trash, alarm system)

Deposit: $900.00

The $900 deposit is due at the time of signing. No pets are allowed. Also, smoking is prohibited on the premises. There is an extra $50/month for a garage opener for additional storage. There are only 2, so there is a “first come, first serve” rule for them. No loud music, or huge parties, please. You have to be considerate of one another, as well as your neighbors in order for this to work.

The house isn’t available until June 13, 2022, so there aren’t any tenants at this time.
