The bedroom includes new bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, TV and cable, shared bathroom, central AC, Wi Fi, and utilities included. You have full access to the kitchen, living room, washer, dyer. First and last month rent is required to move in. Minimum stay of 2 mos. Thank you.

Me and my husband are friendly and we are Christians. I hope that the person who is interested to rent is someone that will keep the room and bathroom clean. There will be a House Rules Agreement like : No illegal drugs allowed in our property, No firearms allowed, No smoking, No alcohol, No Pet, Background check will be required, Covid vaccinated.
