Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate to join my 2bed/2bath apartment in NoMa. The person joining me will have a spacious room with beautiful natural light and their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The rent will be $1308 not including monthly utilities. The building is brand new with a rooftop, pool, gym, and several other amenities and services I can share offline! It’s a 3-minute walk to the NoMa metro station on the red line and is very close to Harris Teeter, Trader Joe’s, and Union Market.
