Renting a private room with a shared bathroom in a 3 bed 2 bath home located in North Natomas. Home is located in a quiet street and 10 minutes from Sacramento Int’l Airport. Home includes outdoor furniture patio, cute backyard, stainless steel appliances. Internet included. No pets allowed. 6 month lease. I am looking for someone who is easy going, respectful, cleans up after themselves, COVID responsible and preferably someone who works a 9-5.

I am looking for someone to move in no later than April 1st. My current roommate and I are very easy going and like to keep to ourselves for the most part. We enjoy peace and quiet in this home. Because we are mindful of COVID, we hardly have any guests over maybe about 1 or 2 people here and there.

We don’t have any crazy rules- just no loud music when others are home, don’t be too loud at night, no smoking inside, be respectful, clean up after yourself, just simple stuff! :)
