Christine's room

The unit includes laundry in the unit and off street parking in snow emergencies. The room is partially furnished including a dresser, a nightstand, a lamp, Air conditioner for the room, and mini fridge. If you would not like these things in the room I can sell them. The apartment is on the third floor of a multi unit building. I love to cook and have most cooking tools already.

I am a young working professional and graduate student. I entertain somewhat regularly, typically things such as board game nights or a dinner with a few friends. I enjoy cooking, working out, painting, and playing acoustic guitar. I will ask for two roommate references and my landlord will complete a credit and background check for potential roommates.
