Owner spends evenings at another residence every other week so Roomate will have the place to themselves potentially. No furry, feathered, or reptilian pets please (fish ok). Not wanting frequent sleepover guests or part-time child custody. No drugs of any kind, cannabis okay away from the property. This association is a Non-smoking campus.
