Chestnut Street

Pelican House: A lovely Victorian cottage in downtown Santa Cruz, (passers-by have called it the cutest house in Santa Cruz!) with lots of charm, fabulous light and a pretty garden. The room is about 9’ x 12’ and you’d have the use of the whole house. Short easy walk to the beach and downtown. This is a short-term rental, just 10 weeks, though there’s a chance it could be extended. All utilities and internet are included, and there is a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. Parking is available on street.

Most of the time you would be on your own, as my husband and I will be travelling extensively from March 15 till June 1. I am an artist, a painter, and my husband is English, retired, loves cooking and playing the guitar… All our stuff will be in the house, but it will be neat and tidy.
