The room is fully furnished, queen size tempur-pedic matress, flat screen tv, two dresser and two side tables and a walk in closet. The room has its own private entrance, hardwood floors, skylight, and detached private bath with a sink, cabinet, mirror, shower and tub. The apartment is 1650 square feet total.

There are in unit washer and dryer, A/C, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, fridge, ice maker, granite counter top, freezer, full gas range, oven, microwave, a fully furnished living room, and a fully stocked kitchen (stocked with cutlery, dishware, pots and pans, not food!).

The building has security cameras and our unit has a set of private security cameras on both the front and back door that you will have access to and be able to view from your mobile device any time you wish.

All utilities are included!

Parking is available street side right in front of the apartment.
