Security deposit is total first months rent plus 500, to cover myself if any accidents happen with the property itself or my own individual property if something happens.. ROOM AND BATHROOM WILL BE DEEP CLEANED ONCE ROOMMATE IS FOUND!!!! BATHROOM HASNT BEEN USED IN OVER A YEAR AND BEDROOM IS CURRENTLY STORAGE, ROOMS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION OTHERWISE AND WILL BE MOVE-IN READY BY THE TIME YOU MOVE IN!! There is only me and my pets! I’m Zack, I’m 21 and I believe I’m very laid back haha, I don’t really have guest over often other than my girlfriend, open to you having guest over too as long as it doesn’t get loud enough for a noise complaint and they respect me, my pets and my stuff. I’m into gaming, exercising, hanging out with friends, and like building and fixing mechanical/electronic things so you’ll always have an on site technician haha.
