We’re renting out one upstairs bedroom with shared full sized upstairs bathroom in our 2 story Eastvale home. The bedroom and restroom were renovated in 2022 - new flooring, refreshed paint, new toilet. UTILITIES and BILLS INCLUDED. Stunning afternoon light with large window, great for reading. Shutter blind allows you keep things dim in the day time.

Bedroom 14 feet by 10 feet. Bathroom is shared with 1 renter and 1 occassional family member. Double sink and plenty of storage.

Furniture is included, and I got a mini fridge for you in the kitchen. Street parking is available, no driveway parking, except for the twice per month street cleaning days. Washer and dryer. No dishwasher.

Area: 7 mins from 15 freeway, 10 mins from 71 freeway, 15 mins from 60 freeway. Great restaurant selection, and we have one of the least crowded Costcos in SoCal. 10 parks within 2 miles, and several are walkable. Costco, Aldi, Vons, Albertsons, Sprouts, 99 Ranch, Ralphs, two Chase and two BoA. 10 minutes from Ontario Ranch Rodeo X food court and 99 Ranch food court is under construction.

Security deposit and 1st month’s rent is paid upon move in. Income, credit, and basic criminal check. Income and 2 month bank statement documentation required.

There’s 4 bedrooms upstairs (this would be your rental room.

You would share a bathroom with one renter and a family member. My dad stays occassionally so sometimes him.

My wife and I are on the other side, and we won’t be using your restroom. A married couple (they’re out of state frequently) is downstairs and they won’t be sharing your restroom.

Cat: keeps to herself in terms of guests. //
