Hello, we are a couple with no kids renting a master bedroom for 1 person only. Commuter preferred. (Commuter price $700; Monday-Friday stays only). Otherwise $900/month. Our apartment within walking distance from downtown Willow Glen. The bedroom is about 12x12 and has its own private half bathroom. Main bathroom will be shared for shower purposes only. We have cats in the apartment so if you have allergies this room isn’t ideal for you. The room is furnished with a new bed, a small fridge and microwave available in the room if needed. $250 deposit, flexible move-in date. No smoking allowed in the building. No pets please. We will conduct roommate interviews starting Sunday, February 20th.
