Hey there! I’m looking for a fully vaccinated female to sublet Mar 30-Jun 27 (willing to negotiate in that range) with potential to resign! Apartment is 3 bed x 2 bath in Riverside with direct trail access to Lady Bird Lake. You would have your own room and share a bath. Apartment has in-unit laundry and up-to-date kitchen appliances. Complex has free parking, gym, pool, convenient bus access, and is only a few minutes away from SoCo, Rainey St, and downtown. My personal belongings will be vacated, but the furniture in my room is up for grabs. Rent is $659 per month, plus water & electricity. Message if interested!
